Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a very bad odor in the living room and Master bedroom, and they are starting to look old, especially the carpets. On the positive side, the service was always friendly and helpful. The location was great, with nearby malls, grocery stores, and even a massage place around the corner. However, beware that you might have to chase some services. The dining options were somewhat limited, but I did appreciate the good vegetarian choices on April 6 & 7.
The hotel rooms were a little tired with limited cooking utensils, but we eventually found a cleanish one after checking multiple rooms. The hot showers in the afternoon were a relief, but the cold ones in the morning were a downside. The service staff were slow in confirming things, but those who spoke decent English were very helpful. The location was perfect, in a fashionable Bangkok street with a great selection of restaurants within walking distance to the BTS train station. The dining experience was adequate, but we missed having a washing machine or dishwasher in our 2-bedroom apartment.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, even though it looked a bit more dated than the photos. Perfect for families with a lounge, kitchen, and dining table, it felt like a cozy flat with a balcony offering a wonderful view of Bangkok at night.
